Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: All orders are typically packed on the same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm are packed on the next day. Please allow an extra day to process your order at peak holiday times (Xmas, Easter etc). Orders placed on Fridays or the weekend will be packed on Monday or the next business day if it falls on a long weekend.

  2. Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within New Zealand. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Typically overnight in the North Island and 2 days to the South Island

  4. Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of carriers, including NZ Post, Courier Post, Castle Parcels and Post Haste. 

  5. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and issue a replacement or refund if needed.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and issue a replacement or refund.

  3. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective.
